(US) to jointly develop a portfolio of products based on the IDOV™ platform—the world’s leading technology dedicated to intravenous delivery of oncolytic vaccinia virus. Longyao holds exclusive rights for the development and commercialization of its core products, IDOV-Safe™ and IDOV-Immune™, in Mainland China.

The IDOV™ platform is the world’s first oncolytic vaccinia virus platform enabling systemic intravenous administration.

Featuring a proprietary high-yield EEV (extracellular enveloped virus) strain and large genomic cargo capacity, the platform allows the therapeutic to efficiently reach systemic tumor lesions, replicate robustly within tumors, and activate the immune system. It also flexibly accommodates a variety of therapeutic gene modules—including those that enhance direct oncolysis, boost anti-tumor immunity, or inhibit angiogenesis—for improved efficacy and unlimited synergistic potential with other therapies.

Based on this platform, the two lead pipelines co-developed by Longyao Biotherapeutics and ViroMissile have achieved major milestones:

The core pipeline IDOV-Safe™ has achieved groundbreaking clinical data in the treatment of MSS colorectal cancer, and demonstrated promising potential in multiple refractory solid tumors.

The strategically upgraded product IDOV-Immune™, with superior preclinical data, initiated a PhaseＩclinical trial at The Alfred Hospital in Melbourne, Australia, with first patient dosing in December 2025. In February 2026, it successfully obtained FDA IND approval, accelerating its global clinical development.
